About the Institute
The Cornell-Paris I Summer Institute is a four-week academic program in international and comparative law, and is co-sponsored by Cornell Law School and the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
The Program at a Glance: Students take advantage of the program's strong international faculty, expansive English-Language curriculum, and unique cultural and professional offerings.
Faculty: Our program is taught in a uniquely international and culturally rich environment, combining the excellence of Cornell Law School faculty and international guest lectures. To assure relatively small classes and to provide an opportunity for meaningful student-faculty interaction we generally limit student enrollment to less than 100 attendees

In addition, we provide optional non-credit French language lessons. We encourage you to devote time to developing your proficiency in French during your stay in Paris.
